LPO Live Product Options

I have been using this app for some time and I must admit that there is no other app that allows you to design products in real time. Thanks to the support, who reacted very quickly to my request and helped me to solve my problem. At this point many thanks to Michael and the whole team. The current product includes 1994 various combinations, which is very easy for the customer to realize. The next project involves 66,278 different combinations that I will be working on soon. Many thanks to the whole team who made such an app possible. Without you, the implementation of my current and the next products would not be possible.

As many others have mentioned, I too have tried more than a few of the "live preview" apps but none of them offer the functionality as this one does. With this app, there is a live preview, price add-ons, advanced conditional logic (if needed), and great support. There is a learning curve, but I will say that the way this app is set up, seems to be more intuitive than other apps but it doesn't take long to catch on with the added help docs and videos plus the support if needed. I've reached out on 2 separate occasions and had a timely response from Michael (awesome customer service by the way) and was really surprised how quickly he responded to my questions. Also, I love that this app does not require some crazy placeholder for the cart like other apps that may deter customers from purchasing when additional price options are added. For future updates to the app, it would be nice if there was a way to have a pop-up window vs the customization options on the page (unless there is one already and I just missed it, lol).

this app has been a huge help in getting our store set up the way we need it to be! The support team was quick to respond and even updated the app to help me with the issue we were having. We tried using the similar BOLD app and it couldn't do half of what this app does, and at 4x the price. Highly recommend!

I have tried many different apps over the years. This was one of the easiest to set up and support was quick to help with any concerns that I had.

I must say- this is the BEST personalization app out there. I first reviewed a total of eight (8) other apps, and then installed but deleted three (3) others that were just too hard to figure out, before settling on this one!! This app was pretty much really easy to setup myself, and I am not the best at this, after only having my shop for about a year. The others I deleted were too complex, and I couldn't get help for their support fast enough to make sure I wasn't making any mistakes and losing money. Michael usually responds within a few hours- (we're in NY- he's in Europe). There was one issue where we had a Buy x Get Y 50% off coupon and the app was discounting every applicable item at first- as it was not configured for complex discounts on multiple items (only one in a BOGO setup) in "Draft order" mode. Please note- this was an issue because we charge for personalizations, and would not have been noticed if our personalizations were free. That issue was temporarily resolved by disabling "Draft order" mode, but it then created a minimal product total which upped the product count ( this could be confusing as the price was still accurate). Michael- went in and made a fix that corrected the issue throughout the app. Therefore these complex discounts- even automatic ones- now process seamlessly in Draft Order mode, with proper cart and checkout calculations/ discounts. We really appreciate all their help in allowing us to add this app to our site in a way that meets all our needs. I recently switched my theme and was having an issue with the live preview showing up. Turns out it was a simple solution, but for the life of me, I couldn’t figure it out. So, I reached out to support. I wasn’t expecting too much since it’s right before the New Year, but I got a response immediately and a solution shortly thereafter. If I could give this app 10 stars I would. Not just for the awesome support but also the functionality. My store offers the consumer a few options on their personalization, and I need to put as much creative work in their hands as possible. Live Product Options allows me to do this. The front-end is so intuitive my “flip-phone mom” can even understand it. If you are looking for a way to offer your customers a way to visualize their custom creations, I encourage you to check out this app. Best part is that its free until you reach a certain number of sales and then it’s quite reasonable after that.

This app is very reliable. It calculates the option price automatically. And also the support team is incredibly great. I could set up easily with their help. -addition- The support staff was very friendly and quick to respond. My issue was resolved quickly.

Michael provided great support on some compatibility issues with my theme. Great experience from the get-go and so far, the app does everything I need. - Seamless installation - Decent array of product options to choose from - Proper conditional logic - Proper syncing/update of prices on product option selection Hopefully, we can see inventory syncing in the future to help with inventory management. (When using the app as a 'bundle-like' feature)

Used many apps before, but this apps is most user-friendly & affordable to small size business, Recommend !

This is a great app for adding customizations to products that otherwise wouldn't be possible with normal Shopify. Great app and support team.

I recommend 100% both applications "live-product-options and upload-lift" from Cloudlift.App. The two are very versatile, highly configurable, and work very well together. You can configure them according to the needs of the products and you can visually use a custom CCS for the variant visuality of the products, you also have other customizable visual options. Despite being such a young app, I highly recommend it. The best thing they have is technical support with a quick response in less than an hour, and if you have any problems they also attend you on weekends. I am very grateful for this app and for Michael, who has always found a solution to all my problems.

Michael is awesome and so is his app. He's an excellent communicator, replies quickly and always solves my issues and answers my questions. He set up a beautiful product for me. Highly recommend!

It's very rare to see an app where the developer actually has thought about the interface as well as how the customer would interact with the app. Combine this with a premium and blistering fast support and you have the only options app you would probably ever need. It's also a pleasure to see an app with full functionality on the free plan to allow you to grow along with the paid plans. All in all very well executed.

I was looking for a way to personalize cat collars on my store. I only needed an option for a name and a charm. I tried another app, and it was way too complicated, especial for this simple task. After days of frustration with the other app, I contacted Live Product Options and they told their app could do what I wanted. They were right. It was so simple! No uploading of complex product artwork etc. I had one question, which I should have figured out on my own, and Michael got back to me immediately. It took less than 30 minutes, and my product was up and running on my store and has been a popular item ever since. I highly recommend Live Product Options and their support team. Thank You!

Wow. I can't recommend an app any higher. After searching and downloading at least 5 other Product Variation apps, finally one that ticks all my boxes: - I really wanted to keep our Variant selection on the main "Collection" page (must use the 3 Variant options that Shopify offers natively) to show all the Variation swatches that our products offer. This was the only app that seemed to work off of that which makes it so much easier for us to add more options "ON TOP" of SHOPIFYS 3 options. This app simply offers much more flexibility. - I'm amazed at how fast Michael's customer service has been been and he's definitely gone far & beyond helping me with every issue I've had. I can go on and on every detail how this app is so much better. We're just so glad to finally have found an app that works for us & can't recommend this higher. We'd give it 10 stars.
