Lifesaver for our shop! Support is also very good. If you have personalized products this is the app to use. 5 stars!

Customization is an incredibly important part of my store, so finding an app that I was able to set up, and that is simple and intuitive for my customers to use, has been a challenge. It took some time and effort on my part to set up Live Product Options on certain products, but the learning process has paid off. I am 100% satisfied with how it works. Michael has been an exceptional ally and helper through it all, responding quickly to any questions I had. I do pay for a subscription, because, as I said, this is an important part of my store, and I wouldn't expect to get it for nothing.

I tried using the app, it does not update the price on the theme bought on the shopify platform, messaged them and they have done absolutely nothing, I have emailed 5 times, and they want you to pay for this?
We did respond to your emails and were offering support. I would have appreciated some patience before you decided to leave a one star review. Our app is one of the only apps that does not directly edit your theme code, this is a huge benefit in not messing anything up when you in/uninstall the app. However for some themes the app needs a hint the to find the right location e.g to update the product price. We have help documentation on how to add the hint yourself and also provide theme support to add the hint for you.

At first it seems difficult to master but once we are getting used, the app is amazing! Documentation and videos are useful, Michael is very helpful also.

Michael provided great support on some compatibility issues with my theme. Great experience from the get-go and so far, the app does everything I need. - Seamless installation - Decent array of product options to choose from - Proper conditional logic - Proper syncing/update of prices on product option selection Hopefully, we can see inventory syncing in the future to help with inventory management. (When using the app as a 'bundle-like' feature)

I could not get the app to work. When I asked for help all I got were self help files. A 10min conversation would have solved my problem but they just said everyone else can do it. I could not. So unless you are very good at this stuff I would choose someone else which is what I have done. --------------------------------- I have seen the reply. Hmmm. I have had this Free App for 3 months and over the period I asked for help several times. Same documents. The "further" support was offered if I removed my review. As for my attitude it followed a reply that suggested I was lazy for not reading the help file ( untrue ) and that I would never be successful.

Merchant asked us how to set up a custom option. We sent him a link to help documentation with detailed instructions and screenshots. Instead of asking a follow-up question, he left a 1-star review. We even followed up to offer further support. The merchant was arrogant and threatened to cancel his subscription, even though he was using our free plan… Best of luck with the Wipecleaning ;)

This app is really amazing! It's the best app to sell customized products. I tried all of the other apps in the store and no other can compare to this one. It has many amazing functionalities and works perfectly with your theme. You can even use custom fonts. Besides that the customer support is great as well and really helpful and nice!

This app is great! I used to use another options app and migrate to this one after trial. It's powerful and easy to use. The service is quick and solved a problem related to new 2.0 theme. thanks to Michael!

This is really easy to use and solved a lot of my issues. I had one issue at the beginning where the support was unbelievable. The response was fast and the problem was solved almost immediately. Highly recommend.

I use this app for displaying my prints & canvases. IT IS THE BEST PRODUCT OPTIONS app on the shopify app store by far. Incredibly easy and intuitive to use. And the integration / troubleshooting support is amazing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a variety of variant options. Amazing. I would give it 10 stars if i could

I recommend 100% both applications "live-product-options and upload-lift" from Cloudlift.App. The two are very versatile, highly configurable, and work very well together. You can configure them according to the needs of the products and you can visually use a custom CCS for the variant visuality of the products, you also have other customizable visual options. Despite being such a young app, I highly recommend it. The best thing they have is technical support with a quick response in less than an hour, and if you have any problems they also attend you on weekends. I am very grateful for this app and for Michael, who has always found a solution to all my problems.

It's very rare to see an app where the developer actually has thought about the interface as well as how the customer would interact with the app. Combine this with a premium and blistering fast support and you have the only options app you would probably ever need. It's also a pleasure to see an app with full functionality on the free plan to allow you to grow along with the paid plans. All in all very well executed.

I was looking for a way to personalize cat collars on my store. I only needed an option for a name and a charm. I tried another app, and it was way too complicated, especial for this simple task. After days of frustration with the other app, I contacted Live Product Options and they told their app could do what I wanted. They were right. It was so simple! No uploading of complex product artwork etc. I had one question, which I should have figured out on my own, and Michael got back to me immediately. It took less than 30 minutes, and my product was up and running on my store and has been a popular item ever since. I highly recommend Live Product Options and their support team. Thank You!

The best live product app! The amount of customizations you can do easily + the fast & always helpful support you get is absolutely amazing. I've tried all other apps and all had major issues which hurt my conversion rate badly. Install this app, look through the support docs and if needed ask and you shall receive.
