LPO Live Product Options

Live Product Options has allowed me to bring my complex pricing structure – originally managed in Excel – directly into my product pages with full control and flexibility. It's the only app I found that could handle this level of customization. On top of that, their support team is fast, helpful, and really knows what they're doing. Thanks to them, I’ve been able to implement everything just as I wanted. Highly recommended if your store needs advanced product configurations!

I'm very disappointed. The app has difficulty implementing extensive configurations. Customer support confirmed this in writing. Afterward, I'm transferred to a supervisor, who rudely and unprofessionally fobs me off, even though I've repeatedly described all the steps for the desired configuration in as much detail as possible. No support, no insight, and we only had a few configurations in the shop. It would have been easy to familiarize ourselves with the products. No interest in addressing the problem. Many other apps are significantly better. Afterward, I requested a cancellation of the contract, but there was no further response. Those statements are simply not true, Michael. We've been fumbling with your app since February 2025, and the implementation isn't working. Your integration was far too late and was very arrogant and unprofessional. The app itself is solid. However, in my opinion, charging extra for exporting to SVG is a complete rip-off! This should be included in the normal subscription.

LPO has been a lifesaver!!! I was having trouble finding an app that would provide the live product example preview... This app has so much functionality and it is relatively easy to use. There are good tutorial videos and data. And the customer service is fantastic, their response time is very fast to help you fix anything or tell you how to do something you don't know how to do. I highly recommend this app...

Amazing app with so much functionality and capability, with a responsive and friendly dev team behind it. I have several different product types on my store and each requires its own type of product options, from 100+ image swatches to multiple text inputs to custom photo uploads, etc. Pair this app with the Upload-Lift uploader and everything just works so nicely together. Honestly the support is exceptional, i know i am always annoying them with requests and stupid questions but. they always reply in the most professional and informative way, they go on endless threads with me on emails and even share visual explanations made for my case scenarios ... even offered to jump on call with me to explain things in detail for my requests. Honestly without this app and their 24/7 support we are nothing ... especially today is weekend, support is literally still helping me out.. i dont see this from any other apps on the market i swear!!

Am Anfang gab es ein paar Schwierigkeiten mit den Einstellungen. Der Support hat sich aber in wenigen Stunden gemeldet und alle Probleme innerhalb kürzester Zeit gelöst. Ich kann die App weiterempfehlen.
