Exceptional Support and Outstanding Functionality! The Live Product Options team has been absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to help us set up a custom selection option for our sample pack product page. This was a crucial feature for our store, and they executed it flawlessly. Additionally, they resolved a dynamic price update issue for our engraving service and deluxe engraving service, ensuring the pricing reflects accurately for our customers. To top it off, they collaborated with us to fix a tricky price update issue on the cart page, seamlessly implementing the necessary coding changes in our theme file. Great app that we are using for a live preview of a couple of personalised necklaces. We used their set up service for a small fee - much better value than having to get this done bespoke. On going support has been helpful and they are keen to solve any issues. Overall it works well online via desktop and mobile. It possibly does slow down the page but to be expected within reason of displaying a complex preview.

Excellent app... Cant beat the price and the features are great. Support is even better. This app got rid of 3 other apps we were using for half the price.

Very happy with the prompt response and support I've received from customer service. In short, I love this app. It offers various customisation and personalisation options for various products and their variants. I sell personalised tote bags and I wanted to give my customers the option to see how their product would look prior to purchase, so the visualiser tool is exactly what I was after. Easy to integrate and works well with Shopify Dawn theme.

L'appli est vraiment souple et adaptable. On l'utilise depuis plus d'un an maintenant et elle nous a permis de mettre en place exactement les options dont on avait besoin, avec le niveau de personnalisation que l'on souhaitait. En plus de ça le support est hyper réactif quand on en a besoin (support en anglais)

Eigentlich genau das was ich gesucht hab, jedoch scheinbar unser Kundenstamm nicht, oder noch nicht. Jedoch haben wir uns nach knapp einem halben Jahr entschieden, dass wir den Service vorerst einstellen. Erstklassiger Service, den man wirklich wärmstens empfehlen kann.

I installed the app and worked with it for 2 days. It is very difficult to receive help and communication is very behind.

This app has greatly improved the efficiency of my parcel delivery services. Additionally, the support provided by Michael and his team has been outstanding—they've assisted me without charging for most of the help I've requested. If you're looking for an app that can dynamically calculate prices for products and services, I highly recommend this one.

The issue with the order discount has been perfectly resolved.
Discounts are calculated by Shopify and not our app. We've checked the Discount config and the Merchant did not include the right products. Update: glad the issue has been resolved, thanks for using our app!
