Instead of fixing their mistakes, they just dismiss you: Great, the app store is a free market, our app does not seem to be a great fit for you. You can find the best app that meets your needs.
Merchant was sending disrespectful emails. We told them very nicely that the app is not a great fit. Well worth receiving a 1-star review!!

After trying several product option apps (lots of them), this is the only app that meets our very specific requirements. Thanks to the formula options, almost anything is possible. This app is also more than suitable for simpler requirements. When problems arise, support responds almost immediately.

Huge value add for any store, impressive customization and user interface. Developers are also extremely professional and skillful when working on custom projects. Would recommend.

I highly recommend this app. It's fast, clean, robust, doesn't mess with your theme code and offers plenty of configuration options. Whenever I got stuck with customising the app, Tahir and Michael where extremely helpful. Response time was also very fast. I like that the payment plan is based on order volume and not on functionality.

I was looking for an app for a while that would allow me to add product options. I struggled at first but Carl from support was extremely helpful. He did the set up and I am very impressed with the final product, talked through every small detail with him and he delivered. I would definitely recommend this app to others who are looking for a professional software that produces a very stream line and aesthetic customer experience.

great app. once you get the hang of it, it all goes very easy. does all i need it to do with great live preview. eventhough it may take a couple hours for support, they are very helpfull and guided me. all worth it!

Great product options app. It is very easy to use and it has everything you need for product options. They have even thought of small details. I have used many other product options before this and by far this is the best. They also have a great customer service. They have answered all my questions promptly and fast.

I would highly recommend this app! It is great for what I am doing with my products. It's very easy to use. The support is also great! I've had a couple of questions and they are very responsive.

It took me a little longer to set up the app, but you can really adjust everything as you need it. The support is particularly commendable. I always received feedback as quickly as possible and you get great support when setting up the app! Therefore 5 from us! Ich habe zum Einrichten der App zwar etwas länger gebraucht, aber man kann wirklich alles so einstellen wie man es benötigt. Besonders zu loben, ist der Support. Ich habe immer schnellstens eine Rückmeldung bekommen und man erhält tolle Unterstützung beim Einrichten der App! Deshalb 5 von uns!

Initially, we were very happy with the app and the support provided. However, as our usage scaled to around 500 interactions per month, a couple of issues emerged (noted below) , and the initial support experience for the latest issues was a little underwhelming. That said, support did come through in the end. - Occasionally, customer preview images wouldn’t attach to the order. We were told this may occur if the customer's device doesn’t have enough memory to generate the preview image before adding it to the cart. The app builders preferred the app to still be able to add the product to the cart without the preview versus the add to cart not working at all. Whilst understandable (and preferable to the cart failing), it can add time to the process of creating the product with the customer selections when previews are missing. This is not so much an shortcoming with the app, but rather just something to be aware of when using the app (which we were not at the time). - In another case, customer form selections were completely missing from an order, despite validation rules being in place. Support initially responded that they couldn’t replicate the issue and were therefore unable to help, which was frustrating. After posting our review, support re-engaged promptly. They investigated further, requested collaborator access, and identified that the issue stemmed from a setup error on our side. One part was resolved directly by support, and they provided documentation to help us resolve the second part. This was appreciated. That said, while the issues were caused by incorrect initial setup (by us), it would have been more helpful if the initial support response had included possible causes like configuration issues - especially given the symptoms described. A more thoughtful support process from the start would have avoided much frustration. Updated nov 2025: Just thought we would add a limitation we recently discovered. If a customer adds a product to the cart that has used LPO (live product options), and then does not checkout, then if they subsequently do complete checkout by clicking on an “abandoned cart email” automatically sent by your store, then all the options the customer selected will be erased and the customer can check out with a blank product. App support advised “Shopify does not allow third-party option data or app data to be injected into the default Abandoned Checkout Email. That email is controlled by Shopify, and the content is locked down for security and deliverability reasons.” We were not aware of this limitation. The only workaround appears to be stop your abandoned cart flow (email), or don’t use the app. In summary: The app is great and does what is says on the can. When support is proactive, they’re excellent. We’ve revised our rating to 4 stars to reflect both the initial frustration and the strong recovery by the support team. As always, happy to (and will) review this score going forward.

I had trouble setting up live preview options because I sell custom items and wanted very detailed preview options. I reached out and Carl the representative went back and forth with me so patiently answering each and every one of my million of questions and gave me everything I could ever hope for for my website! It’s absolutely perfect and I can’t thank him enough for all of his help! If you’re having trouble it’s soooo worth the small fee to have them set you up exactly how you want your layout to be! I will be using them time and time again to help me personalize my site even more! Thank you so much for creating this app it’s everything.

It's a great app, there are so many options and the support is very good. In my opinion, this is currently the best product personalization app in the entire Shopify store. I can only warmly recommend it.

Aplicación totalmente necesaria si dispones de productos personalizados. Hace al cliente tener una previsualización en vivo de todos los productos y garantiza una experiencia de compra excelente. It was actually the uploading extension that I got, and seeing that the customization option is available, decided to try it out, the conditional logic and pricing logic is great, easy to use, their support team provides great help as well. Great potential, great app, great response time.
