We can't recommend Live Recover enough! Unlike other recovery tools that rely solely on automated bots, Live Recover employs real people to chat with potential customers. These guys are the pros if you want to get recovery. We saw real results and real $$$'s come through very fast, that otherwise would have been lost. the sales support is also second to none. This is seamless, effective, and I couldn't recommend them more!

The set up is incredibly easy and the product is fantastic. It is one of the few apps that drives the customer experience. It allow us to interact with our customer on a personal level and give them the time they deserve. At the end of the day, customer experience is one of the most important aspects of any business and with live recover, we can make it that much better.

I have used Live Recover for both of my 7 figure brands for nearly 4 years and my experience has been phenomenal, from the easy user interface, the customer support and of course.... the results. My favorite part about Live Recover is the ability for brands to use the it at ANY size and have the program grow with them. I started using LiveRecover at 6 figures and have continued to do so at 7 and 8 figures. Just do it, you won't regret it.

I was happy with your service but recently they charged me wrongly for multiple transaction almost amounting to $10,000 in revenue and I have been trying to get my money back since 10 days but they haven't responded me in last four days. I am planning to take legal action if this is not resolved and will let you know guys the other way around if it gets resolved as well

I used to have the same issue. I signed up for it, and I followed the article for the check out system setting once I follow the article, I begin to create the workflow and I’ve been waiting more than 24 hour for the conversation to start live agent? support was great. But the issue was not solved. I’ve been waiting more than a week, but I’ll definitely come back. Hopefully I’ll give myself a chance again and hopefully it works this time and if it doesn’t, I’ll sign up with a different company.
