I installed Etranslate app in Dec 2021, and if I rate Etranslate app 1 month ago, I will rate it 5 stars, because Etranslate app was very useful. Auto-translate worked well, also I can translate manual, and the auto-switch language based on geolocation made customers easier to view our site. Also, the support team helps me with many things in online conversation 24/7. Anything about Etranslate is perfect until 5 days ago when I need to update a new version following an App request. - the auto-switch language does not work. I emailed the support team 2 times ( 8 days and 6 days ago) but nobody replies to me. I request support in 24/7 conversation, she told me "the auto-switch language function is supported to automatically change the language according to the browser language" - not by geolocation. But I still see Etranslate's description that "Etranslate allows to auto-switch language and currency based on visitors' geolocation. Let customers shop seamlessly" on the Shopify app store. - I bought 30.000 words, but just 7 minutes later, my credit only is 10.000 words, and 2 minutes later, just is 800 words although I turn off all auto-translate. I ask in 24/7 conversation at that moment, she told me she will check Etranslate dev but nothing happened although 7 days have passed.

Wonderful tool, I love it, it's easy to use and have all what I need. I was able to translate all my pages easily without big knowledge of the tools. I recommend it for everyone !!

So far, so good. Until now, we didn't have problems translating our pages to french. The app is user-friendly and pretty easy to use. We don't have many details to offer, but until now we were able to set the second language and to translate the products page. We will add more details to this comment once we finish all the translations.

Very helpful customer service! Recommended! The app works fine in our store so far. If extra words are needed the customer service will help.

Inconvenient to use also seems to be not free Every time you click on the link for more credits it opens a chat window with a representative who does not quite understand what you want

I downloaded and started using the app yesterday. Translation is done quite well, even though, from English to Italian there are some minor things to fix, which I don't mind, I rather prefer to edit anyway to make my text perfect. Another point I wish to enhance is the support team, they are great!

The auto translating function is great! But our shops and products have some words and descriptions which are very hard to translate from Mandarin to English. However, the team replied very quick and supportive! Made us feel very confident by using this app.
