The auto translating function is great! But our shops and products have some words and descriptions which are very hard to translate from Mandarin to English. However, the team replied very quick and supportive! Made us feel very confident by using this app.

This app helped me to translate goods description to Estonian language& For me was difficult to instal language buttons, but Shopify support was helpful!

We use this app for 3 languages, it works well! Our plan has a limited number of words to translate, so we do manual translation, which needs to be constantly updated if some changes were made. But the app's support is very responsive and helpful! If you use many apps, check for compatibility!

It's not really free, but works for 2000 words / one language. English language translated into German comes out quite easy and seems natural.
Update: Hi, now we specially offer 20k credits for free! Usually it is enough for most users to translate the whole store. I tried two other apps before and I wasn't happy with the way they worked, or they were too expensive. This app covers all my needs, and it is very user-friendly to use. They also have good customer service. They are supportive and they solve any issue pretty quickly. For me, this translation app that offers the best price/quality ratio so far. I definitely recommend it.

We started using this app on one of our stores for testing purposes. We needed a solution for all our bilingual stores and not being able to make the customer's experience easy was stressing us. After trying E-Translate and experience their customer support we just stopped looking for another option. They are simply the best! They are always there for us to accommodate to our needs and they are always updating the app to make it better. They are truly a good partner to have.
