I like this app a lot, very helpful and detailed. There are some minor issues when searching phrases, also when trying to translate on mobile sometimes the words I type in the target language disappear when I click save or even when I click space, on desktop it works fine. But overall the app is great. I'd love to have more word limit than 2000 words for manual translation on the free plan, email template alone is over 3000 words because of the layout code. I'd also suggest that codes not be counted as translated words since they are the same in both languages. There's also the issue of translating tabs and sentences from other apps on the store, some apps got recently supported but only in paid plans (which is reasonable) but only a few apps are supported so far. I don't feel I have full control over the position of the language selector especially on mobile phone view, though I think there's the option to add a code but I don't want to mess things up. I like that you added more flags for Arabic, nice touch and I noticed it in the update! :) With that being said, I highly appreciate the free plan and can only imagine the effort put to make it so detailed and easy to use! I am using this app from a very beginning it's available on Shopify and I see how it has evolved over time. I really like how it works, the interface is very clear, now you can even search for the words you are missing without going through everything to find an incorrect or missing part. support is extremely helpful! Even if somethings does not update automatically, they will have a look for you and fix it fast. They helped me many times. Very reliable app and great support!

OK.. So my original review was very harsh.. and a few days later they fixed the search, fixed the export, invested the time in RTL support and were keeping in good communication with me to fix issues I have encountered.. so while it might not be perfect right now.. if they keep this attitude up they will be!!

The best translation app so far! I tried a few in the past, but this one is easy, complete, have a good customer service and is beautifully added to our template.

I used this app to translate my store into a multi-language store with 5 languages. I have previously used other apps, but this one is super easy to use and to navigate it. I had some questions and every time I reached out for help, the support team assisted me quickly and always with simple instructions. I can really recommend this app if you want to translate your store and make it multi-langual.

Great app, great customer service. The selector is so far the only one that works with my Supply theme. The translation items may take a little time to find, ex. the home page translations.

Excellent translator. Easy to use. If you dont want machine translation, the manually translate feature is free.

I used it to translate my whole website manually, there were a few things I was not able to find however the customer service was really helpful and fixed it all for me.

This app is perfect for what my shop needs! I wanted an app that would allow me to translate everything manually. This app allows me to do that. And when a small design error happened with the language selector in my header menu, I contacted the team and they got back to me very quickly! :) They fixed the issue right away and now it's PERFECT. I highly recommend.

I am very happy with this app considering the capabilities against the price; it's free and awesome. I wanted to give 10 stars but I recently faced few challenges after I added some additional apps on my site: * can NOT translate tabs and Buttons in the product page * can NOT translate the announcement bar or messages created by other Apps I know there are limitations and I am not a developer, but I am sure that the ETranslate team is clever enough and has extra extra excellent support. Also, Please give us the capability to change the flag in Arabic; There are many countries that use Arabic Language but obviously not same flag...

Customer service is top notch, app is great. Can't complain about anything other than my own amateurism :)

This app allows me to translate ALL sections of the site and I can manually review them to correct something. The support answered my doubt very quickly, totally recommended!

I do not recommend it at all! They installed malware on my website and it was not easy to clean. I found out because of google ads warning. I do not know if it is the responsibility of the app or who but it has given me problems.
