It was never our intention to cause confusion or make the process feel unfair. I want to sincerely apologize for the unexpected charges and the lack of clarity around the translation feature. Your feedback is incredibly important, and we’re taking it seriously as we work on improving both the app and how we communicate pricing. With our previous conversation through customer service, we were able to walk you through the words that needed to be translated and explain how much word credit was required in total. We also customized a word credit package specifically for your needs to help reduce the cost as much as possible. To make this right, we’ve processed a refund of $194 to your account. Once completed on your end, you should see the amount reflected in your original payment method shortly. We hope that through our communication, we are now on the same page and everything has been clearly and comprehensively explained. We truly apologize for how this situation made you feel, and we appreciate your patience in giving us the chance to correct it. Haven't tried the app yet, since the final decision is up to my superior. But the support from Nova (one of their staff) was very quick and delivered in a precise manner. If possible, hope we could work together.

Great app once setup, help articles are a bit tricky to understand, but support is happy to help you sort out any hiccups and get your app setup to work as it should.

I installed the app for only 15 minutes to try it out and removed it from my store because it wasn't useful. There was a free trial and I took advantage of it. They will see for themselves that I deleted it after only 15 minutes. However, I saw that they reflected the monthly fee on my bill. This is nothing but a scam, I do not recommend you to use it.

Since the trial was used up, when you re-applied for the service, the system automatically charged you.
