I used the app primarily for translating products and pages to multiple languages. It was easy. However, the problem started when I added currency switcher to the website - the website slowed down and it started loading multiple times before currencies will change based on location. Sometimes the currency won't even change.

I absolutely do not recommend this app! At the beginning it was fine, even if it was all messed up, and it was hard to find the texts to translate sometimes. Now we had to replace some texts, but the app doesn't store the new translations and keeps showing the old ones. The first day I lost two hours just to "prove" that there is a problem (for two hours they kept asking: send me the link, send me the screenshot of the problem, make a video where we can see the problem). 2h to save a single translated sentence! The next day I go back to editing the translations, but the problem returns - so we go back to the same pointless argument, without resolving anything. In the end they finally decide to involve the developers. The next day the developers haven't even entered the site yet. Support says they will take care of the problem ASAP! Long story short, the app doesn't work. They say the problem is "third party text". But when we first translated the site - we did it without any problems. Now that we just have to change a few sentences - suddenly everything has become "third party text" or "hard coded text" for them - impossible to overwrite the existing translation! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP.

Wij hadden een vraag waarvan we al verwachtten dat het lang ging duren. We vroegen het direct aan de klanten service en werden super snel geholpen met het probleem. Het vertalen zelf is ook prima gegaan! Zelf hebben we weinig moeten aanpassen aan de vertalingen.

Had been trying few different translation apps and didn't work out, and chanced upon Etranslate with good reviews 5/5 given recently, so I decided to give it a try. Upon installation I faced issue as the app did not translate my website, its because I didn't know how to use the app giving it instructions for translation. After many attempts,I decided to reach out to the Live customer service chat for help and Shermelia came to help me. She is very patient and assisted to whole process to translate the whole content. Her customer service is awesome! This app Etranslate is real deal!
