Together with this customer service woman I was able to translate the entire website after there were some problems, she checked the entire website for me and translated it into 4 different languages! Vandaag met Lisa gesproken en heeft me heel goed geholpen binnen 5 minuten was het al geregeld dus zo blijft mijn website up to date!

Not easy to use at first but customer service is great, especially Shermelia! 5*****. You can have a full translation and then word by word.

Ich habe die App installiert, der erste Eindruck ist gut, die Übersetzungsqualität kann ich noch endgültig nicht entscheiden, bisher sieht alles sehr gut aus. Es gab ein paar Probleme mit dem Langauge/currency selector, die aber inzwischen alle von dem Support team gelöst wurden. Die Antworten sind schnell, die Lösung der Probleme benötigt meistes 1-2 Tage. Bisher bin ich aber sehr zufrieden.

At first I thought this was great. The look of it was good and easy to use. However, it ran out of words after translating just one language. I've been talking to customer service for over 15 minutes. They told me it was too expensive to give words because Google charges them (really? why is Google Translate FREE then?!). Then the translating stopped and even after they gave me more words "as a courtesy", the app broke and wouldn't let me translate. I believe they are in China so not surprised. Find another app if you're a professional business. Not sure where all of their 5 star reviews came from. ... Fake.

The app is for free, it is a bit confusing that you have to add credits, but customer support was always there and helped me setting up the app and adding more credits. It is easy enough, you can also translate stuff of third party apps with adding extra translation fields. One thing I really miss is, that you can define words like your brandnames, that are save and never get translated. But maybe it will come in the future..? :)
