I used this app to translate a small website in various languages. So far so good. It works and you receive also a quick answer in the chat section. I will keep testing this app for future translations.

It started well, but then they stopped answering the emails for weeks… Don't understand that and the app is not working, not translating anything and I don't know why. Not the auto-translation, not the manual translation… Anything.
