Loop has been brilliant for us. The app is reliable, easy to use, and has everything we need to run our subscriptions smoothly. What really sets it apart is the support. Aastik and the team genuinely feel like an extension of our own. They’re thoughtful, responsive, and really take the time to understand what we need. You can tell they care about our brand and want to help us do well, which is rare. I’m genuinely so happy we found Loop... they have made a big difference to our growth and success.

We’ve been using Loop for year and half now and it’s been great for driving retention. The features are flexible and customer-focused, and the support team (shoutout to Nihal) is always on it. Highly recommend if you’re serious about scaling subscriptions.

UI is very intuitive and we've seen our proportion of subscription revenue grow steadily. Pricing is the most fair of all the subscription apps. Compares really well to Skio but more cost effective and wayyyy better than the bigger guys like Bold or Recharge.

Migration from yotpo was really seamless, even though we had quite a number of customisations we needed, and the team were very responsive. So far the apps been performing well, no complaints from customers or our customer care team.

While we considered Recharge, there’s really no comparison when it comes to the incredible support we received from the Loop team. From start to finish, the process was smooth, personalized, and stress-free. The UX design is fantastic, and their customer support is truly top-notch.
