Loop is an amazing platform for subscription, it solves a lot of operational challenges and offers a lot of effective features for retention. After implementing those native features, our website saw amazing growth in subscription revenue. Their support and CSM team is super attentive and dedicated, which is a huge plus as well.

We’ve recently started using Loop, but so far it’s been smooth sailing! 1. There's a ton of inbuilt flexibility for subscription mechanics and automated flows. 2. Backend support from the Loop team has been fantastic 3. Can't stress this enough but value proposition is superb compared to other subscription app alternatives in the market

What an incredible experience I'm having with the Loop team!! From setup, to helping with issues like integrating with other services, Loop and their amazing staff have gone above and beyond to help me see things all the way through to completion. I would very highly recommend this app, most definitely for the great way it helps keep subscriptions and bundles working in my store - but even more for the really awesome experience I'm having with the team - they really do care and aim to help in every conceivable way. I very much look forward to building and growing my company into the future, knowing that I have the super Loop team in my corner! Thank you guys, you are ALL rockstars!!

The entire Loop Team has exceeded our expectations, from the onboarding/migration team to our Success Manager, Ayush. They have made the process of switching subscription providers as smooth as possible. Since moving over to Loop, they have helped us out with retaining customers and acquiring new subscription customers. Great team, great product. Highly recommend.

Great onboarding experience, supported the whole way plus have a Slack channel for help with anything. Simranjeet has been amazing. Was on recharge before and it sucked. This is cheaper and better.

Switching to Loop has been such a great move for us. They genuinely listen to their merchants, and it shows! We’ve suggested a few small tweaks to make things smoother for our business, and they’ve already implemented them — it’s clear they actually care about their customers. Plus, it’s refreshing not to be upsold on every little new feature. It’s clear they’re focused on making the best subscription experience possible. Their support team is fast, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. In addition, they have an amazing Success Team that really helps our business grow, which we are taking full advantage of - 15/10! If you’re looking for a platform that feels more like a partner, Loop is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Parvesh has been assisting me with an issue regarding subscriptions and the link. He successfully showed me how to access the information I needed in order to achieve my goal. We also discovered some tech issues along the way that will hopefully be resolved. Parvesh was very patient with my requests. I give him TEN stars!

The app itself is great, functionality is perfect and reporting is great. And then they have superstar support. Possibly the best and most attentive support I've ever received from an app. The team have been so incredibly helpful and speedy with everything from set-up to customisation and integration. Can highly recommend!

We have rapidly growing B2B categories and needed a way to encourage subscriptions amongst our customers, who are mostly business owners. Moving over to Loop was the best decision I have made in a long time. The platform is robust, beautiful, and flexible, and the migration process of existing subscriptions was smooth. Also, the available out-of-box integrations for loyalty programs are also more than sufficient. The support team is very attentive and supportive. Shoutout to Shivam for a spectacular onboarding and a wonderful integration process.

Loop has been a blessing for our business. They were able to help us create a very custom solution for our membership program, that also includes a subscription element. Memberships are our secondary product, and their system has driven a massive improvement in LTV and the offering has boosted our AOV. Loop's customer service is Amazonesque, they have a high attention to detail, quickly solve issues, and I mean quickly (within minutes). We spoke to many of their competitors and no one comes close to their way of doing business. Cheers to the Loop team. I wish all my partners were like them!

We’ve been using Loop Subscriptions for our multiple brands, and it’s been a great experience.
