They were always responsive when I need them and very professional ----------- Review update - June 6th 2023, I am absolutely thrilled with the incredible assistance I received from the Loop team. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such remarkable support from any other company before. From the moment I reached out to them, they went above and beyond to help me with my website. My customers had been reporting that the subscription button was missing since the beginning, and initially, I didn't realize that I hadn't enabled it. Upon further investigation, I discovered that my custom theme was causing the button to not appear due to coding issues. This is where Loop came to my rescue. Their support was exceptional, as they provided prompt and helpful responses over email and even connected with my website to identify the problem and find a solution. Loop delivered excellent white glove support for migrating over our thousands of subscribers for our customer build a box subscription with tiered volume discounts. Where off the shelf functionality was not available, Loop provided great service for building the custom components that we needed. Especially incredible compared to the lack of response from legacy subscription platform players.

Straight-forward subscription app that delivers exactly what you need. Customer Service team (specifically Abel) was very knowledgeable and helpful. We set up a video chat to go through my set up questions and, when realizing my needs were out of Loop's subscription capabilities (I needed an upselling app), he recommended another app that would be a better fit. Thanks Loop team!

We only recently launched subscriptions, but we're pretty happy with Loop. We launched it on an older theme and got a subscription sale pretty immediately. Then we launched a new theme (IMPACT), and the subscription widget stopped functioning properly. It took about a week going back and forth with Loop support, but they were able to go in and get it functioning properly again and we're very pleased. Excited to see how introducing this to our business helps it grow.

Update: our issue was a weird glitch between Shopify billing and Loop. The Loop team was very helpful in resolving it. And while I can't speak to their software, their customer service is top notch. --- Careful with the free trial! Our shop installed the 'free trial'. We deleted it a day after installing when we realized it didn't meet our needs. Then on our next bill from Shopify there was a charge for $399 US for this app. Shopify support can't resolve it because they just pass through the billing of the developer and now we are spending more time getting this charge removed then we ever did on the 'free' trial.

Really impressed with Loop! We migrated from WooCommerce Subscriptions to Shopify + Loop Subscriptions, and their team has been responsive, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process. The tech is incredible, with all the options and configurations you would expect to make for a beautiful and customizable subscriptions experience, but lightweight enough to not slow or bog things down. Abel and Yashbir have been INCREDIBLE to work with. So grateful for their time help to make sure the migration went perfectly smooth. Highly recommend!

Loop is the only subscription app that we use on our sites. We have tried most of the other popular options and were disappointed by the lack of features, support, and the cost. The support team is awesome!

We migrated from Recharge to Loop in November 2022 as we had a few challenges with the UX and back-end from Recharge. Loop has been really good when migrating all the existing subscriptions from Recharge and setting up Loop on our website. For me the key differentiator is the service we got from Loop, we could call Loop frequently and would be dealing with the same guy (Abel Leslie) who was great. What I also really like is Loop's dashboard, the selling plan (allowing to give a higher discount on the first order and then a lower on subsequent orders), as well as the customer portal, everything is a lot more intuitive and very easy to navigate. I can highly recommend Loop and would absolutely do it again.

This app is EXACTLY what I have been dreaming of after running a subscription based company for years! It allows so much customization and automation, that I've previously spent so many hours doing manually. The user interface is so smooth and easy to use, both at the backend and for the customer. On top of all that, the team behind it is super helpful and answering any question you may have quickly and in great detail. This is THE subscription app to use. They are also constantly pumping out updates, giving even more new customization options all the time. Don't bother going through the headache of trying other subscription apps first, like I did. Just try this one, if you want a nice and intuitive and bug free app, that has all the customization options you need. Thank me later ;)
