Got great customer service from Manan today! He was knowledgeable, patient and was able to resolve my issue quickly. He didn't rush me and made sure I understood my "next steps" before he disconnected our chat. Thanks Manan!!

A lot of customization even if the non-pro level. Easy to use and customers to use. Great customer service. I have used another subscription plug-in previously with Shopify that was great but very expensive. Loop is a great alternative fair pricing, ease of use and customer service has always been helpful.

Amazing customer support that will help you every step of the way!! I've used several other subscription apps and have to say that Loop is the best well rounded app. My customers love how easy it is to get a subscription!

The #1 thing I look for when using a service is customer service and support. Loop has been amazing since day 1. Always working hard to find a way to make it work. It feels like I'm working with a whole team. Thanks again!

Absolute worst customer service we've ever experienced. Had some trouble with the manual installation and were told to "find a developer." WILD that a Shopify App thinks that the "only way to install a app is manually" when all the other ones we've looked at do it for you or it's automated. Don't waste your time...there are a lot of other, better, and helpful options.

We moved from Recharge to Loop and I am very impressed so far. Migration was seamless and the support has been excellent. We've already seen an increase in subscriptions only a week in.
