Great app and most of all customer service for beginners who are new to this platform and news to the business vertical. My rep Shivam is extremely responsive and takes initiative in understanding our specific business model/marketing while also going above and beyond by sharing industry trends. I went through the onboarding process with Loop, and I cannot say enough good things about their team and services. Sharath and Lesle were top notch in their guidance, and the app itself is extremely sleek and user friendly. While ultimately my business did not end up needing this app, It's not easy to get real human services this good anymore. If you were on the fence about the app, I wouldn't hesitate! The customer service alone makes it worth the jump.

They only support you if you get one of the paid plans. Each time I asked for help they asked me if I'm on free plan or not and then just stopped giving support. When I uninstalled the app the code remaining cause problems with my theme and they didn't help me to remove codes. Very poor customer service.

Recently migrated from Smartrr to use the Loop advanced flows. It has been a 10/10 experience. The team was super diligent during the migration and setup process it was basically hands off for me. The advanced flow we are running now through Loop is our best preforming funnel. Loop also has tons of great features like dunning, retention tools & more. Highly recommend!
