I had a very specific case for Subscriptions that it seemed no other app was capable of performing. Our store subscriptions needed to be available for in-store pickup only and have shipping restricted. Harshit, Vivek and Surbhi were all friendly, professional and punctual with updates and responses. They resolved the issue by getting in touch with Shopify and within a couple days - I was good to go. Thank you so much to the Loop team, I would definitely recommend this app for anyone looking to start subscriptions or bundles.

The Loop Team continue to be fantastic for our business growth and development! The Loop team have been AWESOME to deal with. We are new to subscriptions on our store and their customer service has been next-level. I bombarded them (and continue to now) with questions to help us set up and optimize our subscription program and they continually go out of their way to make things work flawlessly. From Zoom meetings to ensure they know how we operate to extensive emails with easy-to-follow instructions, everyone at Loop has been beyond helpful. High five to all of the Loop Crew.

Migrated to Loop from Recharge and like it a lot more so far. App is easy to set up and the team is very helpful with migrating over customers and getting everything onboarded. My only complaint is that I wish it had a feature that automatically emails customers if the product they're subscribed to changes in price and gives them the option to opt-out. Other than that, I think they are a great solution.

Migrated from Bold to Loop. The team made the migration as seamless as possible, even working to recode my website with my web designer after the previous app's code was causing some trouble with the migration. The functionality of Loop is epic - already made massive changes to the customer experience which is increasing AOV and LTV. (only been live for a month so it will be exciting to see how this progresses as I customise things further.) The team has been so attentive and proactive in helping me improve my business, nothing like my experience with my previous app provider. To anyone who is growing a subscription-based ecom business, I'd 100% recommend Loop.

Best hassle free subscription app so far. We were on recharge for quite some time and switched to Loop. It is so much more user friendly and easy to manage. Analytics are great and packed with features we need. We can't wait to see what more features are added. Great onboarding process and awesome team that will support you very quickly. I would say it's miles better than recharge.

Great service, held our hand through the set up and migration process which was very valuable. Portal much easier to use than other solutions and range of optimisations and tools is very handy. Highly recommend.

My experience with Loop has been great! It was very simple to install to my website and customer service is very responsive and helpful. I ran into a slight issue installing the subscription to my website but they fixed the problem for me immediately. I highly recommend Loop for your subscription services.

After having used some other popular subscription solutions, we highly recommend Loop. There are other decent solutions out their, but based on price, support, functionality, and ease-of-use, we believe Loop is the best by far. The Loop team is incredible - they're so helpful and responsive. We have many subscribers, and migrating to a new subscription platform was daunting. But Loop made it easy and was very proactive about getting us through each step. Dealing with my old subscription provider could be frustrating because you have to go through their chatbot and then submit a ticket. But with the Loop team, we were able to get on Zoom right away, and they will never leave you hanging. The application itself is 100x more user-friendly than our old subscription provider.
