We have not been using Loop Subscriptions for very long, but we are extremely satisfied. I was nervous about the initial transition, but Abel went above and beyond answering my many questions and our migration went flawlessly. Abel & the team are remarkably responsive and are quick to resolve any issues you might have. I am seriously blown away by the Customer Service they provide as well as the product.

The guide in the Help Center and the support staff made it easy to initially set up our subscriptions. The staff then kept us informed while they carried out the migration of our existing subscriptions for us. Any questions we have are quickly responded to with helpful information.

Really happy with the app so far! SO much better than what we were using previously (Timo). The Loop team has been stellar with their communication and help in migrating our existing subscriptions and getting set up on their app. Would highly recommend to anyone!

In a word, Loop is fantastic! Compared to other subscription apps, Loop is modern, painless and very forward-thinking. Doing things that should have been no-brainers, like updating shipping costs and product prices, turned into a horrible, labor intensive, error-prone process in our previous subscription app, (one of the big 2). That forced us to find a better solution. Loop is light-years ahead of those other apps. Loop not only made our current problems disappear but they helped migrate all of our customers in a way that the customers didn't know we had switched services! Loop's attention to our migration could only be called "white glove". Their service was outstanding. Now that we aren't losing money anymore, due to the problems caused by the other subscription app, we can turn our attention to the additional features Loop offers for increasing sales, bundling products and integrating with our mail service for automatic offers based on current subscriptions. Instead of just handling a problem, which it does very well, Loop is like a tiny marketing machine. It's a subscription service app that is actually trying to help you with sales. We love it!

This app is so easy and convenient to use I'd recommend it to anybody. There is everything you could only with for being a subscription business, and guys keep adding more. Also, I've had the best possible customer experience I could imagine.

Using Loop with our custom widget design was very straightforward. I’m very glad we were able to use them to bring our subscription design to life. The Loop team was very patient with any questions our developer had and took hours out of their schedule to fix an issue we had with our theme not working with the widget. Highly recommend!

Loop delivered excellent white glove support for migrating over our thousands of subscribers for our customer build a box subscription with tiered volume discounts. Where off the shelf functionality was not available, Loop provided great service for building the custom components that we needed. Especially incredible compared to the lack of response from legacy subscription platform players.
