We only recently launched subscriptions, but we're pretty happy with Loop. We launched it on an older theme and got a subscription sale pretty immediately. Then we launched a new theme (IMPACT), and the subscription widget stopped functioning properly. It took about a week going back and forth with Loop support, but they were able to go in and get it functioning properly again and we're very pleased. Excited to see how introducing this to our business helps it grow.

The team at Loop, specifically Piyush and Abel Lesle were incredibly helpful in getting us set-up with Loop Subscriptions. Set-up was straightforward and we were able to get started within a few hours.

Update: our issue was a weird glitch between Shopify billing and Loop. The Loop team was very helpful in resolving it. And while I can't speak to their software, their customer service is top notch. --- Careful with the free trial! Our shop installed the 'free trial'. We deleted it a day after installing when we realized it didn't meet our needs. Then on our next bill from Shopify there was a charge for $399 US for this app. Shopify support can't resolve it because they just pass through the billing of the developer and now we are spending more time getting this charge removed then we ever did on the 'free' trial.

Really impressed with Loop! We migrated from WooCommerce Subscriptions to Shopify + Loop Subscriptions, and their team has been responsive, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process. The tech is incredible, with all the options and configurations you would expect to make for a beautiful and customizable subscriptions experience, but lightweight enough to not slow or bog things down. Abel and Yashbir have been INCREDIBLE to work with. So grateful for their time help to make sure the migration went perfectly smooth. Highly recommend!

This is my first subscription product and Loop is exactly what I needed. Plus, their customer service and tech support are terrific! Their help in getting things set up was awesome. Highly recommend.

Loop is the only subscription app that we use on our sites. We have tried most of the other popular options and were disappointed by the lack of features, support, and the cost. The support team is awesome!

We migrated from Recharge to Loop in November 2022 as we had a few challenges with the UX and back-end from Recharge. Loop has been really good when migrating all the existing subscriptions from Recharge and setting up Loop on our website. For me the key differentiator is the service we got from Loop, we could call Loop frequently and would be dealing with the same guy (Abel Leslie) who was great. What I also really like is Loop's dashboard, the selling plan (allowing to give a higher discount on the first order and then a lower on subsequent orders), as well as the customer portal, everything is a lot more intuitive and very easy to navigate. I can highly recommend Loop and would absolutely do it again.

We decided to move to Loop from Recharge and it was a seamless experience! The team is online and available throughout the day, and extremely fast and thorough in all their responses. 10/10 recommend making the switch!!

Great support and great app. Although seeing most of the options is in the paid plan, but still this app offers many option that the others absolutly not offering under the paid plan. It is perfect to start and grow with...recomended

We have been working Lesle, Vivik and the rest of their team! These guys are awesome! They work fast, gives us a comprehensive list of actions to launch the subscription in the store seamlessly. Their support team is also great as they immediately jump into a call whenever we need urgent help. I am recommending them if you want to jump start your subscription features.
