1. In the invitation comment function, I set it to invite customers to comment 3 days after the "Delivery" of the order. I cannot know what the invitation comment email sent to the customer looks like, nor can I customize the content of the email. 2. There are no online customers. Support means that you encountered a problem at that time and could not solve it in time. You can only wait for the slow email contact. 3. Most functions do not have a preview function, which makes it difficult to use, such as testing to send preview emails, etc. I am going to change it. app, the key is this app The price quoted is not cheap, and many functions do not even provide the most basic guidance, which is very disappointing.

Loox is an amazing app for collecting and displaying customer reviews! The photo review feature adds a lot of credibility to my store, and the setup was super easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking to boost trust and sales!
