Subject: Excellent tool for my dropshipping store! "I am very happy with Loox Reviews. It made importing reviews from AliExpress to my Shopify store very easy and professional. Currently a 1 star experience - the app is good but all of their help articles are down/don't exist and I've reached out via email about 3 times for support and am getting no replies.

The app is good, but the support is nonexistent, so it's a 1-star. Tried emailing them multiple times but never got a single response.
