Mary was truly exceptional to collaborate with. Throughout our project, she consistently responded to all of my questions with clarity. Super easy to use and customizable. Been using it for years. I had a question about the app and email their customer service and they wrote back almost immediately. Super impressed with their service, highly recommend!

What can I say? Loox did not disappoint! I initially chose Loox because I loved the features they offered and the overall aesthetic...it just looked right and fit my brand well. I was able to seamlessly add the app to my website and it was super easy to set up and customize. The built-in features like media uploads and discounts for customers who leave a review genuinely encourage engagement and repeat customers. However, what stood out the most, was their customer support. As a small business owner, that meant everything to me. They truly went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied, even offering extra support and perks and honoring their word - integrity. That kind of service is rare and honestly a blessing. I definitely recommend Loox. A+++
