Loox makes collecting and displaying photo reviews effortless. It looks great on-site and has noticeably improved trust and conversions.

Bad support. Getting support from Loox in so inconvenient compared to most other apps we use. There is no chat support. This is a major defect in my experience. I mean how much does it cost to hire 24/7 chat support for an app that has many many thousands of subscriptions? Not much. Very cheap, same cost as emailing people basically. BTW I only choose Loox app because we’ve used it for some other websites for years, and the visual appearance is generally good. For support or ease of use and for features I would never choose them. Only good for stylish online website appearance for reviewer and some email marketing programs. Feedback for Loox: The email received was UNHELPFUL - I asked a question by email and got a bot reply. My question was: “ I can’t figure out how to modify the settings to not show the word Unverified. Please help me and change it on the settings. Of the review is not verified please do not show the work “unverified”. That’s clear enough. Yes there is a small typo but don’t you guys know English? The answer was something generic like “can you share some more details? “. I found later that a previous inquiry with same question was indeed answered in a normal helpful way. Anyway, that’s some feedback for you - communication is pretty bad.
