It would be great if I could offer discounts without the purchaser having to include a photo. The photo option is great, but I'd love to bring in more repeat customers and collect more reviews with a review discount for non-photo reviews.

Très content de cette application que j'utilise sur la boutique de magiedubouddha.com Le système de remise offerte quand un avis avec photo est posté est apprécié de mes clients. Seul le fait de ne pas pouvoir répondre aux clients sans payer plus cher me déplait.

SO far so good! I like that they have an affordable monthly fee for the lowest level. It's also nice to have a logo option on the email for that level.

I don't know yet. I am just downloading it and seeing how it works. Ask me again in 14 days. I am hopeful that it intergrates well with my shopify app, is easy to use and helps boost sales on my page.

greatest review app on the shopify app store. I've tried so many but loox is by far the best. Wish they could bring their price a little lower

Most of the functions are good, but I hope to add a function, merchants can delete and distinguish the virtual comments uploaded by themselves

Easy integration, simple to setup. Still not seeing it in certain spots on my store, otherwise this is a 5*. I'm sure I just need to do some more work to make it work properly.

The app does get photo reviews for our site but its supposed to also get video reviews but we have never been able to get a single one.

very good and easy to use. but a bit pricey for small business who doesnt have much budget. it would be good if the price's reduced a bit, maybe $5/mth option?

Disclaimer that I'm using this during the free trial, so I hope this stands up to the test of time. I've enjoyed using this app thus far as it is incredibly robust. I do wish the Beginner level had even a few more basic features, as it really is so bare bones that one can almost not use this app successfully without upgrading to the Growth level. But I digress.

The app itself seems great so far, but I wish the setup was a little more streamlined or there was some type of step by step guide. The support team was super easy to get a hold of though and Channelle was amazing! She answered all my questions and sent me mini snap shots of what to change to get exactly what I wanted. I asked so many questions and she sweet/patient with each one.

Very good at visualling our store and product compare to the other apps. But this app is not good with pricing. I think the price is litte bit too high for the feature. Anyway, it's good overral (but not worth the upgrade due to the pricing).

Good review app, but sometimes uploading a file can be a problem. The support staff are helpful and will help resolve issues quickly.

This is a really great application. Definitely helped my store and assisted me with automated followup for reviews.
