Having moved over from Judge.Me because of frustrations with performance and customer service, the difference was immediately apparent with Loox. Set-up is easy, the widgets look great, but most of all I received excellent customer support in setting up my account - particular praise should go to Tal, who replied promptly to each query and was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful - he deserves recognition for going above and beyond to help me.

Loox has been a fantastic addition to my store so far. Their customer service is super fast and incredibly helpful! Tal, Ariel, and Ken went above and beyond to help us set up and confirm the Google Rating integration. Mary and Molly were also amazing with the video reviews integration, even though the theme didn’t allow adding sections, they found a great workaround and made sure everything looked perfect. Highly recommend Loox not just for its features, but for support team behind it!

They went above and beyond, doing all the behind-the-scenes coding and customization we required for our store. They listened carefully to our specific requests and made sure everything was perfect before our weekend website launch. Thanks to Loox, our website looks very professional with the star ratings and automated emails for reviews. The referral feature is also helpful to channel new customers to our website. The support is top-notch as well. Ken was super helpful in resolving our issues.
