Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Kim is very competent. I just gave him an overview of my problem and he managed to triangulate the issue and fix the code of my websites without putting our live websites at risk. I am not a coder, and I know how difficult it is to have a customer support that can modify a code for their clients for FREE. This skillset requires a huge payment if its someone else because it means hiring them to fix the problem. He deserves a raise.

Thank you Mary for helping me to fix my reviews. They were showing up on my product cards, but not showing up on my Product Listing Pages. Evidently my theme was in the way! I was surprised a live person answered my message. I just installed Loox and I had a question about the Discount Set up and Ilyn was more than helpful and it literally took about 10 minutes total to get my question answered and my setup completed. 5 Stars to Loox and the Team.
