Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

I love the app! Being able to have customers' dog videos and pictures with reviews on my website brings the products alive. I have much more to explore about Loox however first impressions are very favourable. Excellent customer support too, which is key. I needed some technical help and as a small business I rely on good IT support when needed (as I'm not a techie!). The Loox app is backed up with excellent customer support - I can't fault it - and this support, not the price, is my deciding factor in keeping the app after the trial period is over. I look forward to seeing how this app contributes to the success of my business. Thanks!

I’ve been using Loox for 5-6 years now, and it’s been fantastic! Joyce has been incredibly helpful and responsive on a recent support ticket (they always reply in a couple of hours at the latest). I’ve already recommended Loox to several other stores because of how smooth the experience has been. The best of the best.

Es läuft alles bestens. Der Support hilft schnell bei Fragen einziges Minus ist, dass es keine deutsche Variante gibt, aber dafür gibt es ja dann Google wenn mal was nicht klar ist

Great App, Have increased the sales of our store !!!

Been using Loox for all of my businesses and has never failed me. Support is also fantastic. Liz helped me out with adding custom code to the theme to get the default reviews on product cards to become Loox reviews.
