Loox has been the best review app on Shopify that I have used. It's so easy to set up, get reviews from customers and show them off in the important areas. Additionally, if you have any issues, their service is always here for the rescue, I've usually only waited a few minutes before someone has fixed my issue, Ellison recently helped me out, quickly fixed it, had me check and gave me a couple areas to clear if it didn't work, but it had and we are back in action. Love Loox and will always use it.

Easiest app I’ve used to date. And customer service is awesome. I use It for my swimwear Shopify store, ThicknThinSwimwear and I couldn’t Be happier with this app.

Loox is a great app! I had some initial difficulties when I saw that it was not possible to delete the test reviews I had made and I also couldn't find how to disable a snippet on a page that shouldn't display reviews, so I contacted support. Molly was the one who answered me and she was super quick and helpful, my problem was easily resolved. So far, the app works very well and we will be implementing it soon, now that the tests are complete.

Loox hat meinen Online-Shop enorm verbessert! Dank der automatisierten Bewertungsanfragen bekomme ich mehr Kundenfeedback, und die ansprechenden, bildbasierten Rezensionen steigern das Vertrauen. Die Integration ist nahtlos, das Design top und der Support super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung!

Super easy to use, and I find it brings a lot of customer reviews in compared to other review apps. Plus I love how modern and user friendly it is for the customers and also the widgets on the website.

Great app! Easy and intuitive to get up and running, and had reviews coming in the first day. I had some questions about installing the widgets I wanted on my theme and Molly from customer service gave us quick and amazing support! Thank you!

Loox app is quite good and easy to use. Due to the country where my store is located, I experienced an issue with playing videos in video reviews. However, Sara from the technical support team quickly resolved the problem. It’s a successful app with excellent customer support—I’m very satisfied and will continue to be a subscriber.

I switched from Reviews.io to loox and I'm happy with that decision. Much more opportunities for a smarter price and the support team is great! Thank you so far.

They overcharge you and have no way to downgrade for smaller shops. The Loox subscription costs more than the shopify subscription
