Very nice menu, clear and concise. Would love a way to add manual reviews from the ones I have on my Etsy page. Other than that, the UI looks beautiful on any site.

This app is great, although found it hard to upload photo reviews from my facebook, but support team was good.

Great review layout! We love the reviews we can get with this. Super great solution. However, I am very unimpressed with the referrals program. It isn't intuitive to the customers as it depends on cookies for applying the discount code. This does not function with my Stackable app for discounts. Therefore, that needs some tremendous work (LIKE ACTUALLY PUT THE DISCOUNT CODE IN THE EMAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Wir nutzen die App in unserem Store. Sie sammelt ganz gut Bewertungen ein und ist auch wesentlich umfangreicher einzusetzen als nur dafür. Mir fehlen leider noch 1-2 Punkte wie Anpinnen von Bewertungen und ein Rating System für einzelne Produkteigenschaften wie "Komfort" oder "Passform" usw, ein Skalensystem wäre super. Ebenso wäre es super, wenn für bestimmte Produkte ausgewählte Bewertungen als Caroussel auf genau der jeweiligen Produktseite angezeigt werden könnten. Das wurde auch schon als Feedback aufgenommen. Der Support ist ausgezeichnet, extrem schnell, extrem kompetent. Ich hatte das Vergnügen mit Sapir und kann ihn als Customer Success Manager wärmstens empfehlen! Der kriegt 10/10! Auch alle anderen Support Member wie zB Josh sind super kompetent, freundlich und führen schnelle Lösungen herbei. Ich hoffe, dass die offenen Punkte noch umgesetzt werden, dann wäre die App bedingungslos perfekt für unsere Ansprüche! Dennoch sehr zu empfehlen!

I just started my journey with Loox. Nevertheless I can say, that their Support Team is excellent. It is very fast, very engaged and customer centric! Concerning the product, I am convinced about its possibilites but I would love to see more options concerning design and customization. I would love to see the following features: - Design options (Color, rounded edged, etc) for the "Write a Review" form - More typograpy (Google Fonts) options and HTML for E-Mails - Automatic and CI color optimized QR Codes for direct review links

This is a great feature to add to your store! We have received so many great reviews and images of happy customers. The only thing we wish they had was a feature for the generated discounts to apply to specific products. We have to go in each time a discount is created and manually apply the specific products.

Great app. Will be great if you can find a way to review multiple products faster/ together. Plus the UI should improve to Shopify quality. Very easy to use and very user friendly otherwise.

This app is simple to use and works great for my store. No major complaints from me. My customers also love the discount for pictures.

Customer service gets 5 stars. Jemuel replied to my question in a matter of minutes. Obviously knowledgeable well prepared. No additional information required; it was very well handled. I only rated the app overall 4 stars because I need to periodically turn the pop-up widget off on mobile screens. It seems to come back on its own.

App has a lot of options to really showcase your customer feedback. I think the price is a bit high though to start getting all the functionality you need.

good. has really helped us obtain social proof. I like that the templates can also easily be personalised. Improvements still needed for searching past customers/orders to manually resend the review request with the already edited template, rather than having to start from scratch.

So far so good with this app. It has really helped me get some nice reviews for my website. I would recommend - I just wish there was a free version for new websites up until a certain amount of sale and review requests
