Great. Easy to use

Loox is really great as a review display and review collection app. I've tried several others over the years of running my brand, and this is the best by far. Quite customizable, and the support is fantastic. My latest support was handled by George, and he was absolutely amazing... Quick, communicative, and helped me solve a mobile display issue that we hadn't been able to fix on our end. Highly recommend Loox for product review collection and display!

Its been a pleasure having this app. Our customers have interacted with us in a positive moving forward way. It's reinforced what experience we have when we see customers face to face and it has given us and our customers opportunity to improve this buying selling experience. They have shared their happiness but also any disappoints we were not aware of and the design of the app allows us to repair the issue the client has and then their opportunity to re-rate us with fresh comments so potential customers can see our workflow process of problem to solution.

I spent two hours trying to add my reviews to the product page- me and chat were getting nowhere. Then I saw the LOOX chat box at the bottom left corner of the screen, and Liz was able to get me sorted within a few minutes. Great service, speedy help. Thanks, Loox & Liz!
