Automatically change the plan to the one with higher price without our authorization
Hey, I’m sorry for any confusion here, and I’d be happy to help clear things up. You have full control over your Loox plan and can switch it anytime in your Loox admin. Since explicit merchant consent is required for any plan changes, we don’t have a way to update your plan on our end. I’ve sent you an email to go over your plan and make sure everything is sorted.
