We’ve been using Loox for a while now and honestly it’s been great. Setup was easy, the widgets look clean, and photo reviews make a big difference in trust compared to text-only reviews. Everything runs smoothly in the background - review requests go out, reminders work, and we don’t really have to think about it, which is exactly what you want from an app like this. It integrates well with our theme and hasn’t caused any performance issues. Support has also been responsive the few times we’ve needed help, which we appreciate.

I have looked to find cancelation section on the app but there is no cancel part! I have deleted the app and left a note that I want to cancel my subscription before finishing free trial. I have gotten charged today!!!
