Switched over from Judge.me - mainly for the superior design, and I'm really liking it so far! Convenient, visually uncluttered, and great customer support. Ran into an issue importing older reviews, which was promptly resolved (thanks, Ed!)

I was attempting to get my reviews to match up on my product's page, and I was very stumped on how to do so. Luckily, Mary was here to help me as I contacted the Loox help chat. She responded almost immediately, and the conversation only took about 15 minutes. She went through the process asking me great questions. This all led up to her even doing it for me, and I am very grateful.
