We were having issues with flavor variant emails being sent out, and Ken S. from Loox support walked me through marking certain products for "NOREVIEW". This helped us ensure that our products were getting reviewed as a category (rather than individual variants) and made our LOOX reviews look much better & organized.
Update: sorry for not updating this 1 star review, but service was amazing! I recently opened another store, I'm wondering if you could take a look at it. Some technical issues there. Volkskistore.com
