Loox follows Shopify’s app charges and billing cycles policy - as long as Loox remains installed on your store, Shopify will continue to generate app charges. I noticed that Loox is currently still installed on your store, which is why these charges are still appearing. At first I didn't understand why my reviews were not being importing. Customer service has been amazing!
Hey, The Shop app only displays reviews that are linked to an order, and that's a requirement defined by Shopify, not Loox. On our end, all reviews meeting that criteria are syncing correctly. App is working great so far, needed help adding star rating to homepage and collection pages and one of their friendly developers Dolev did a great job helping me and making it look perfect. Thank you again!

Bad customer support. I have email them over 5 times how can I have English and Greek language in the App and their responses are not giving solutions, im wondering if they even read our messages. Good app, awful support. Brrrrrrr

If been using Loox for a year it’s been the best. Very easy to use and customise plus has an in Built post purchase smart upsell option. Plus it just works. I reached out recently and they worked on my store directly to add stars to collection pages and home featured products and cart! The service is top notch

Loox is awesome. Only had it installed for a few weeks and already have 8 product reviews, plus upsells. Ken at Loox support has been very helpful in setting up my site with review widgets, etc.
Llevo poco tiempo con la app pero wow, vengo de otra app (muy famosa) y esta le gana por mucho, la recomiendo ampliamene (Hasta ahora)
