Simple and easy to use. I am very glad I downloaded this one. So many are complicated and useless. Thanks LOOX. Just wish more features were added into the free options...as a small business it would be helpful.

fantastic app. gets us so many reviews it is insane. we set our own automated email to get reviews and got virtually zero. Loox gets at least 60% of our customers to leave reviews and even add photos/ videos also. it is an app that our store cannot live without

Lawrence was super quick to get back to me, even on a weekend, and knew just what to do to implement the code in my specific theme. It wasn't just a canned answer.

So far I'm really liking the app, it's easy enough to use and when I did have an issue, the customer support team were quick to respond and helped me fix the issue. It's great having the reviews so visible on the website.
