Bin sehr zufrieden das alles drinnen ist was einem vor allem am Anfang helfen kann es ist super gemacht und es wurde alles detailliert beschrieben und ist gut und leicht damit umzugehen ich würde es jedem empfehlen die App ist einfach super und macht viel aus wenn man sie im Shop anrichtet

I’m thrilled with this app! It offers outstanding value for money and is incredibly reliable. New tools and features are regularly added, keeping it fresh and functional. I was especially impressed with the quick assistance in implementing the review stars. Huge thanks to Rotem, the Customer Support Engineer, for going above and beyond with friendly and efficient support. Highly recommended!

Tamarry with the support team was very responsive and fixed the issue within 24 hours.

I'm beyond frustrated with Loox. Their customer support does not read any of the messages sent to them and just says they'll forward it to tier 2. I have been trying for two weeks to get downloadable versions of my video reviews and I have not been able to do so. When I reply to their emails both [email protected] and [email protected] both are bounced back and the support team does nothing to help me. So I have to continue booking support through the shopify app only to go in a viscous cycle. Its ridiculous with the amount of money they charge my brands for their review platform!

This app was one of the best apps on shopify. Unfortunately there is a rather heinous promo code abuse functionality that has cost my company over 50,000. I have begged loox to help me and writing this review pains be but I feel it's the only way to get their attention and take my issue seriously. I will gladly take this review down the second I have been helped in turning off the referral program.

Please know that we take your concerns seriously, and we’d love the chance to make things right. To clarify: even after the referral program is disabled, any discount codes that were previously created will remain active in your Shopify store. These need to be manually disabled from within Shopify’s 'Discounts' page. I’ve reached out to you via email with step-by-step guidance on how to deactivate those codes, along with answers to any questions you might have, and I would be happy to continue the conversation there and address any more of your concerns.
