Very easy to install and set up, started collecting reviews right away.
I recently integrated Loox into my online store, and I couldn't be happier! This app has transformed the way I showcase customer reviews and photos. Ok so I was totally freaking out cause I couldn’t get the color of my reviews to be set properly on my site and Shany literally came to my rescue and literally went it to my site and totally fixed it. I've trusted LOOX as my review solution for almost a year now, and they have always went above-and-beyond when things come up that need resolving on the "backend" of things. Their team is un-matched, and I'd like to give a special shoutout to Dolev & Laurence for handling everything. Only have great things to say about LOOX, because so far, that's all I've seen from them

Do not install this app - there is no free tier so you have to subscribe - and when you do there is no where to unsubscribe - scam app - keeps billing even when you uninstall it - shopify support said to just find the app and go to their site to remove the billing ... funny when Loox does not provide any form of a customer billing portal ...
Hey there, Sara from the Loox team here :) Loox can be uninstalled at any time just like any other app by removing Loox from your Shopify apps menu. As soon as Loox is uninstalled, Shopify stops triggering new app charges. Sometimes, a pending app charge that was triggered before you uninstalled Loox may still appear on your invoice. I've reached out to you via email regarding your refund, and look forward to providing you with additional assistance there!
When I started using loox they were amazing and always willing to help. The last customer service experience left me baffled, and I ended up canceling and moving to another review app.
