I am very satisfied with the customer support! I was asking for help to transfer reviews between different stores, and Tal, the Technical Support Engineer has been very patient and nice to help! Without him, I may think to transfer to other review app instead of Loox

Einfaches Setup und tolles Tool, um Bewertungen modern im eigenen Shopify Onlineshop zu präsentieren. Ich selbst habe die Bewertungen von Trustpilot zu Loox migriert - klasse, das hat einfach so funktioniert! Nachtrag: durch die Verwendung von Loox hat sich die Bewertung mit Bildern in unserem Shop verzehnfacht. Wir profitieren extrem davon - einfach, weil es für den Kunden leicht geht.
