Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Installed so easily - came highly recommended, so I'm hoping Loox will help our new Shopify storefront.

Jen C was great help with my query and helped me get the info I needed. Overall the app is a great experience and we now hold around a 30% submit rate for reviews. Only negative is the discount control for referrals isn't the same as review discounts.

Honestly had incredible customer service with Shai R. I was having loading issues with my review widget and he requested for access to my backend, found the issue, and custom coded the widget into my site. Now it works perfectly and he did all of this within an hour of receiving my request.

Ella and Yarin were very helpful in giving me timely advice about customising the widget and getting it to exactly the look and feel I needed. Very friendly and quick service, thank you so much!

We had a problem with a product page not showing the reviews. Laurence from Loox was back and forth 6-7 times ....even jumped into the store and did it herself. Awesome customer support. i am sure we will get alot more salas now. Thanks so much !!!!!!!
