Ken was very nice with his assistance, he helped to add reviews in my cart section, I added him as staff into my shopify and he did everything. I am very satisfied, I recommend.

It's the best review app we've used...and we've tried a lot! Well worth the low monthly fee. Good looking with plenty of features to make your website looking great. Tech support is fast an helpful as well.

At CastleFlexx we have the best full body stretching device for people with chronic pain but the downside is we have a LOT of haters who own strap and band companies, being able to delete their reviews when they arent real customers is something that many other review services dont offer so youre stuck with trolls forever....not with LOOX! We appreciate this comapny SO much. By the way, if youre considering POST PILOT reviews DONT DO IT.

Really good, downloaded last year. Think the app is brilliant and gives merchants control of their reviews as opposed to Trustpilot who charges small businesses a fortune to do anything. Now that Loox has integrated with Google, its even better. Really happy, highly recommend.

Can’t recommend this app enough! Everything was so quickly and easily set up and has a lot of great little features. I needed further assistance with some coding and Chester was the most helpful and kind person I could have asked for to deal with! He was prompt and answered every question I had aswell as did the coding directly for me in under an hour! Best app!!

This is a great product for Neuropathy. I have several friends taking it and all say nothing has worked as good as Pre-DX. It's also extremely affordable!

Easy to install. Works great. We are getting a lot more reviews now and the options for displaying the reviews are great.
