I really like this app not just for its great features but also for the customer service that I’ve received. I had a problem with some reviews on my store so I emailed the help team and got put in touch with Jodel. He replied as soon as he could and after a couple conversations my problem was resolved straight away. I would really recommend this app if you ever have trouble with your stores. Jamie.

Setting up the Loox reviews app was an absolute breeze! The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making the whole process smooth and straightforward. Im no longer using the app i unnistall multiple times and, even after that comes to me a bill with 13,99 from this app, what is going on??
Hey, Rotem from the Loox team here. Sometimes, app charges are automatically triggered before an app is uninstalled. While Shopify stops all future charges for the app, it will not stop any pending charges that have already been created.
