a bit of issue translating to a different language, not supported by default. I can feel support team really try to get me through this.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Funktionen von Loox. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Möglichkeit automatisierte Mails an die Kunden rauszuschicken und diese um Bewertungen zu bitten. Das erleichtert den Arbeitsalltag ungemein. :)

very expensive They also want 34 USD per month to delete their link. really expensive

The customer service is great! In the most recent interaction, Mara, helped me solve a challenge on my end. Love how Loox can automate the collection of reviews and also collect media or photos as well!
