Ok so I was totally freaking out cause I couldn’t get the color of my reviews to be set properly on my site and Shany literally came to my rescue and literally went it to my site and totally fixed it. I've trusted LOOX as my review solution for almost a year now, and they have always went above-and-beyond when things come up that need resolving on the "backend" of things.
