Me ha sorprendido mucho la atención al cliente, incluso me han puesto ellos cosas de código que no era capaz de hacer. Lo recomiendo mucho. Y sobre todo muchas gracias a Rotem que es el que me ha ayudado en mi caso

Set up was easy, but a little misleading when it says 14-day free trial but when you "checkout" its only 7 days

We've been with LOOX for 5 years and during this time, their service has only gotten better. The app has sprouted many new services and options, but all of them have felt appropriately adjacent to their core mission, which is sending review requests and displaying the results beautifully. Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, there has never been a time when their customer service has let us down. Whether it's implementing code to ensure proper Google crawling, explaining how something works, or responding thoughtfully to requests for new features or controls, they are there at the drop of a hat. If you are looking for a fantastic set-it and forget-it review app with tons of features, look no further.

Since moving to Loox my customer review rate has tripled. Prior to Loox I would only get a review every now and then but now Im am getting reviews everyday. Yes the pricing is a little high but so far it has been worth it as some of these reviews have actually converted into upsells. Thanks Loox team!
