Easy setup, very simple UI. Last thing I want to deal with is a complicated Dashboard and hard to follow setup instructions.

Loox makes it easy for customers to leave a review and for me to respond to feedback. I think it has increased confidence in visitors to our website to purchase from us. Very happy with it!

We just started with the Loox app but so far customer service has been great! Thank you Jemuel! Really quick response and solved my problem quickly. By far better than our previous reviews app.

Incredible app and customer service!!
