Great app, also great customer support. Their customer support team was great to deal with, particularly Rotem, the customer support engineer and Aya, in customer support. The only issue I have is with the functionality and that you can't offer an incentive for text only reviews, just if the customer provides a video or image with their review. I can see the benefit of only offering an incentive for video/images, but it should be a choice depending on the businesses' situation. Other than that small thing, it's a great and simple app to use, with lots of good features and excellent customer support!

Loox is a very good review app and fits the needs of my business perfectly. Nicely priced, multiple features, and very very good customer support. Whenever I reach out, I hear back within a few hours. My guy Ken is especially helpful.

Works as described with some really great features. Support is super friendly and fast to help answer questions - thanks Rotem! My only complaint would be that the growth plan is a bit costly for a small business, however it's certainly among the best review apps out there.

we highly recommend this app, it allow us set it at multi position, and i have to say, thanks a lot for Lilach whose help us a lot, firstly the Rating Widget can not show correctly on the front page, and i send a request to the LOOX support team, they answered very quickly and solve it within 24 hours. for now, everything shows correctly. huge thanks to Lilach and Loox Team
