User Friendly experience. The widgets are easy to use and referral is also handy.We didn't have to spend extra time on it.

Before adding this app to my website I reached out to every customer requesting a review. Loox has not removed that task from my plate! It’s extremely convenient. I high recommend it, especially for a one person team!

Loox customer for 6 years now - recently had reason to contact Loox due to replacing a legacy theme to one of the latest shopify themes (which require different methods of customisation), after some time struggling to incorporate the loox app, reached out for support. Omer spent several days, helping to customise the app and it's functions within the theme. He was extremely patient - despite my own lack of knowledge with the theme - coming back several times. Was never made to feel like a pest, just welcoming to offer futher support if needed at each stage and help me become better familiar with how these new themes operate. Great tool for securing reviews. Makes it easy to encourage customers to leave reviews, especially with pictures included. You can also copy over reviews from other sites like Etsy.

Love loox. I was using judge.me before, and it was hard to implement and it isnt as well integrated with other loyalty apps. Loox is easy to integrate with other apps, works seamlessly with your website, and saw immediate results! Had an issue with the star rating but Ilyn immediately helped me sort the issue out and now its looking great as I intended

Loox is an app which I rely on for many of my businesses. They allow me to upload reviews swiftly with a nice thumbnail and interface. Ilan from the Technical Support team helped me with my reviews being populated on GMC and also changed my settings to improve the population. Great service provided.
