So far so good. Quick set up. Just what I needed. Was looking for the easiest way to capture reviews to show social proof on my site. I appreciate the widget version that sits in the corner of my homepage. I look forward to having enough reviews to change over to the grid view.

What we were looking for, it suits our needs. The referral program is very interesting. The rest works as expected. EDIT: Overall, we’re happy with many aspects of the platform. However, a key limitation is that the photo review discount cannot be conditioned based on the product or category purchased. Whether a customer buys a low-cost item or a high-ticket product, they receive the same €20 discount. This lack of flexibility creates an imbalance for stores with very different price ranges. In addition, support hasn’t always fully understood our requests, which has made resolving this issue more difficult. Because of this, we are starting to explore alternative solutions.

I am not tech savvy at all! And I was having such a hard time figuring out how to add star ratings to my home page and collections page. I reached out to their support team, and Rain was super helpful from start to finish. The star ratings was added on the same day the request was made! 10/10 :)

Great app, an important addition to the store. Nice automation. Had uploaded my old orders and and more than 4500 requests got triggered costing us more than $600. Ilan, was quick to resolve the query and refunded us the entire amount without us even asking. Great team and customer support. Really appreciate their honesty and promptness to solve the issue.

Really great experience with Loox, better than Judge.me. Their tier 1 customer service didn't manage to resolve my issues, but their customer service lead and technical support engineer Ilan helped with custom code for my store.
