Loox App does wonders for our store, and the customer service is excellent. Any little edits relating to Loox I needed, they were quick to fix for us.

I've only just begun but gotten a good handful of reviews in 24 hrs! I like that I was able to semi-manually import my amazon reviews into a csv. file and upload it quickly.

I had a setup issue because of my lack of knowledge on how to display my Star Ratings on some product, after contacting support and granting them access to my store, Channelle fixed it in no time. I really appreciate the quick response and resolution from LOOX.

I can no longer enter the application if I do not subscribe to the superior plan, even if they charge me $14.99 every month !!! it's a forced sale! very disappointing! Do not use this app, you will be the next victim.
