Loox is a great product and comes in very handy! Our customers love seeing the reviews on our site and they ones who leave a review feel heard. The customer service on a little customization setting issue I was having was top-notch as well, thanks to Jemuel.

The app works amazing, is so useful, and it has different presentations to show the reviews, it is customizable. I love it! In addition, they have a great solution for efficient review generation. Great so far! Decent customer service and easy to use. Not bad value. Would recommend, had some features which Rivo didn't have.
