We were charged 39,90€ for an app we're not even using anymore! The app was deleted weeks ago in the shop and the money taken off the account today!!!!
Hey, Yishai from the Loox team here - I totally understand how stressful it can be to see an unexpected charge on your invoice. Shopify should automatically stop all future app charges once the app is removed from your store. With that said, you might see a charge that was created before Loox was removed. I took a look at your account and I can see that this is indeed the case here, the charge was triggered and already appeared on your pending invoice a few weeks before Loox was removed. We have contacted you privately to sort this out for you, so please keep a look out for an email from us.

The App is Great and the support from Ilan was amazing and quick well, when I had some problems with the appearance of reviews.

So far so good. Extensive tools for review collection, upselling, social proof et al. There still are some things to get sorted (like translations to a language other than the 19 default ones) but I see that the support staff is fast and helpful so I do not worry they will get set up. One big tool that is still missing (and it really hurts) is an ability to import (realtime or daily) reviews from a Facebook page or Google business page. Overall 9/10 tool that I highly recommend. Add that tool above and you will be at 10/10.

Tolle und optisch ansprechende App mit vielen Funktionen und Mehrwert. Bei einem technischen Problem konnte uns Aya vom Customer Support an einem Sonntag(!) innerhalb Minuten helfen und unser Problem lösen.
