Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

I'm very happy with this app! I love the look and feel of it. It fits perfectly in my webshop. It is very easy to install and change in my brandingcolours. When I have a question, I get almost immediately a respons that helps me further. Big shoutout to Ilan for the great assistance! I can highly recommend this app!

Great customer support! Just an email and the team is always ready to help within minutes! I've engaged so far with Laurence, Rain & Ellison and they all have provided me with exceptional service resolving all my questions. App itself is easy to use and set up, can set up incentives for customers to refer or leave photo/video review too.

The 'Write a review' button was not showing up on my website for some of my products. I reached out for assistance and Mr. Laurence responded very quickly to my email. Not only did he send me a video with instructions on how to edit my theme to add the review widget, he went above the call of duty and coded my website himself. If you’re looking for a product review app for your company Loox is the best choice for sure.
