Easy integration, simple to setup. Still not seeing it in certain spots on my store, otherwise this is a 5*. I'm sure I just need to do some more work to make it work properly.

Muy completa y fácil de usar. Se la recomiendo a cualquier empresa que esté dedicada 100% al ecommerce y sus clientes no tengan la opción de ver fisicamente el producto.

The app does get photo reviews for our site but its supposed to also get video reviews but we have never been able to get a single one.

Loox has been the key to our conversion rate. We tripled it with reviews using Loox. Also great support. Jemuel answered super fast and was helpful

The app seems to be very good, and well worth the price. I can definitely see how this will make our business a lot more money than without it. Support is outstanding - we had some issues and they were taken care of very quickly (Thank you to Mara!)
