Loox is an app which I rely on for many of my businesses. They allow me to upload reviews swiftly with a nice thumbnail and interface. Ilan from the Technical Support team helped me with my reviews being populated on GMC and also changed my settings to improve the population. Great service provided.

Quick and easy to use. Discounts for reviews are already linked up to the checkout process, which makes it super easy for customers to buy and get their discount without store owners having to set up codes.

So far so good. I integrated Loox into my Shopify store recently to help collect and manage google reviews.

So far so good. I haven't had the chance really use all of the features that I need yet but platform seems easy to use and works well.
